MCC’s PwD portal was scheduled to activate on 1 October 2026. Primary assessment runs until 5 pm on 9 October; the appellate window is 10 am on 5 October to 5 pm on 12 October. These are assessment dates, not a general counselling timetable.

What dates has MCC announced?

MCC’s notice dated **28 September 2026** sets the following timetable for candidates applying under the PwD category in Round 1 of PG counselling:

  • **PwD portal activation:** scheduled for 1 October 2026.
  • **Primary Medical Assessment Board:** 1 October to **5 pm on 9 October 2026**.
  • **Appellate Medical Assessment Board:** **10 am on 5 October to 5 pm on 12 October 2026**.

The notice asks candidates to visit the Primary Medical Assessment Centre within the prescribed window and complete their assessment on time. These are the dates stated by MCC; this page does not independently confirm a candidate’s portal login or appointment.

Does this mean general NEET PG counselling registration has started?

The PwD notice does not announce a general registration schedule. As checked on **2 October 2026**, MCC’s PG counselling page says the seat matrix from NMC and NBEMS is still awaited for commencement of PG Counselling 2026. Its schedule section shows no current post, and the displayed registration link is labelled 2025.

Candidates should check the year and notice before following a registration link.

What should a PwD candidate do next?

Read the [official assessment notice](https://cdnbbsr.s3waas.gov.in/s3e0f7a4d0ef9b84b83b693bbf3feb8e6e/uploads/2026/09/202609291035233397.pdf) and use MCC’s PG page for subsequent updates. For appeal and reassessment procedure, the notice directs candidates to the PG Information Bulletin.

A national medical-seat total reported elsewhere should not be treated as MCC’s final Round 1 allotment matrix.
