UTET Answer Key 2026 released: how to download and raise objections

Is the UTET 2026 answer key out?

Yes. The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has released the **provisional answer keys for UTET I and UTET II 2026**.

The official UBSE website now lists separate provisional answer-key documents for both papers.

UTET 2026 was held on **29 September 2026**.

Where can I download the UTET answer key?

Use the official UBSE website at **ubse.uk.gov.in**.

The board’s documents section currently lists:

• Provisional Answer Key for UTET I 2026
• Provisional Answer Key for UTET II 2026
• the official UTET 2026 answer-key notice

Avoid downloading an answer key from an unknown file-sharing site when the board itself provides the documents.

Can candidates challenge the provisional answer key?

Yes.

Same-day reports from Hindustan Times and NDTV, citing UBSE’s process, say candidates can submit objections online until **15 October 2026**.

Hindustan Times reports the deadline as **11:59 pm on 15 October** and says candidates should use their registration ID and password on the UTET portal and upload supporting evidence for the objection.

Is this the final UTET answer key?

No. It is a **provisional** answer key.

Candidates can compare their responses with the provisional key and challenge an answer during the objection window. UBSE can review valid objections before issuing the final key and result.

Does the provisional key guarantee your final score?

No.

You can use it to estimate your performance, but the final result can differ if an answer is revised after objections are reviewed.

For the official result and final answer key, rely on UBSE rather than unofficial score calculators or social-media claims.
