India beat Pakistan 4–3 in the Asian Games 2026 men’s hockey semifinal in Kakamigahara, Japan, on 1 October.
Harmanpreet Singh scored twice, and Sukhjeet Singh added a third. Pakistan recovered from 0–3 to 3–3 before Abhishek scored the winner with 49.2 seconds remaining.
India will play Malaysia on Saturday, 3 October 2026. Malaysia secured their place by beating South Korea 2–1 in the other semifinal, with Azrai Aizad Abu Kamal scoring both goals.
