Can cheap BGMI UC top-ups get your account banned?

Yes, if the purchase uses an unauthorized service. BGMI's Help Center says purchasing UC or items through unauthorized channels is against its rules and may lead to an account ban. It also says that illegally topped-up UC can be deducted from your account. New UC added later may count toward the remaining deduction until the total is settled.

That does not mean every sale, discount or offer is unauthorized. It means a low price or a seller's claim to be “official” is not proof. Confirm that the channel is authorized by the game or the relevant official purchase platform.

How does BGMI say to buy UC?

The official payment FAQ describes purchasing UC inside the game: open the lobby and use the + icon in the top-right area. The FAQ also directs players to customer service for payment questions.

Don't enter your account password, verification code or recovery information on a random website advertising “free UC” or a very cheap recharge. That is a general account-safety precaution, not a claim that every third-party webpage is a scam.

What happens if unauthorized UC was added?

The publisher's published guidance describes two separate consequences:

1. Rules enforcement: a purchase through an unauthorized channel may cause a ban. 2. Balance deduction: BGMI may deduct the illegal top-up amount, including from later UC purchases, under its agreement.

A seller's promise that the method is “ban-free” does not override the official rules. Don't ask unknown people to log in to your gaming account or perform a purchase on your behalf.

Paid for UC but it hasn't arrived?

This is a different situation from unauthorized top-ups. For a legitimate in-game purchase, BGMI's payment FAQ says network fluctuations can delay UC/items. It recommends waiting 12–24 hours. If you have waited at least 24 hours, contact customer service and share screenshots of the transaction receipt, purchase time and amount.

Keep the order proof and contact support through the game's official channels. Do not publicly post sensitive payment information or your login credentials.

What about accidental purchases and refunds?

BGMI's published FAQ says it cannot refund a successfully completed mistaken purchase. Because store, payment-provider or legal rights may vary, check the current payment platform's terms too; the Help Center statement is BGMI's own published position, not a statement about every possible payment dispute.

Before buying, double-check the amount, account, item and payment confirmation screen.

• Use a verified, authorized payment method.
• Be skeptical of “free UC,” guaranteed discounts or sellers requesting account access.
• Retain the receipt and note the purchase time.
• For missing legitimate UC, follow the official 12–24 hour guidance and then contact support.
