Google announced Fitbit Air for India on **30 September 2026**. Its announced price is **₹13,999**, with sales beginning on **2 October 2026** through the Google Store and retail partners.
The four announced colours are Obsidian, Berry, Lavender and Fog. A Performance Loop band comes in the box; some other bands are sold separately.
Fitbit Air has no display. It records activity and wellness data on your wrist, while you view insights in the **Google Health app on your phone**. It suits a different use from checking information directly on a smartwatch screen.
Google lists heart-rate, sleep and activity tracking. Its claimed battery life is **up to seven days**, with five minutes of charging providing up to a day's power. Actual endurance depends on usage and enabled features.
Google specifies most phones running **Android 11 or later**, or **iOS 16.4 or later**. A Google Account and the Google Health app are required. Check your specific phone's compatibility before ordering.
The purchase includes a **three-month trial**, giving access to Google Health Coach. Coach requires Premium, an internet connection and the app. Check ongoing subscription charges and trial terms at checkout; the India announcement does not state the recurring rupee price.
Google describes these as wellness features, not tools for medical diagnosis. Some features also vary by country and eligibility.
