How this is calculated
Age is counted on the calendar: complete years, then complete months, then leftover days. A year is not treated as 365 days.
If you were born on 29 February, the birthday is 29 February in a leap year and 1 March in other years.

Questions
How is age counted for a 29 February birthday?
In a non-leap year the birthday is treated as 1 March. Age is counted from the calendar date, not as 365-day years.
