India beat Pakistan by 19 runs in the Asian Games 2026 men’s cricket final in Nisshin on 3 October 2026.
Abhishek Sharma scored 61 from 28 balls, while Tilak Varma finished unbeaten on 51 from 22 balls. Shivam Dube added 27 from 15 as India reached 211/6.
Hasan Nawaz kept Pakistan in the chase with 96 from 51 balls. Saim Ayub made 29, but Pakistan finished on 192/6, 19 runs short of the target.
Axar Patel, Washington Sundar and Shivam Dube took two wickets each for India.
India won the toss and elected to bat first. The final was played at Korogi Sports Park in Nisshin, Japan.
India won by 19 runs and took the men’s cricket gold medal.
India scored 211/6 in 20 overs. Pakistan replied with 192/6 in 20 overs.
