Sri Lanka beat Bangladesh by **63 runs** in the men's cricket bronze-medal match at the 2026 Asian Games in Nisshin.
Tharindu Ratnayake made **65 from 32 balls** to help Sri Lanka reach 165 for nine.
Bangladesh then collapsed early in the chase, losing four wickets for 18 runs. They were eventually bowled out for 102 in 17.3 overs.
Nuwan Thushara, Tharindu Ratnayake, Vijayakanth Viyaskanth and Wanuja Sahan took two wickets each for Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka finish the Asian Games men's cricket competition with the bronze medal. Bangladesh finish fourth after also losing their semi-final to Pakistan.
The bronze-medal match followed India's 124-run semi-final win over Sri Lanka and Pakistan's six-wicket win over Bangladesh.
Sri Lanka won by 63 runs and took the bronze medal.
Sri Lanka made 165/9 in 20 overs. Bangladesh were bowled out for 102 in 17.3 overs.
