# Free Fire MAX account suspended: why it happens and what to do

Start with Garena's own ban policy, not an advertised “unban APK.” Garena's official support says hacking, client modification and related unauthorized applications can result in permanent bans, including for a first confirmed offense. The publisher also says confirmed permanent cheating bans cannot simply be reversed through the ordinary support process.

First, read the suspension notice

Record the exact notice, player UID (if available), region and when the restriction appeared. Do not assume that every error on the login screen means a permanent ban: a login failure, account access problem and a game-policy suspension are different problems.

If you can still access the game, use its Help or Customer Service entry to reach your region's official support. Otherwise, navigate to the Free Fire support site for your actual game region. Is it possible to appeal a Free Fire MAX permanent ban?

You can contact official support to ask about a genuinely disputed suspension or clarify the notice. Do not expect a guaranteed recovery. What if your Free Fire account was hacked?

If a linked Facebook, Google or other supported account was compromised, first secure that platform: change its password through its official website, enable available multi-factor authentication and check active sessions.
