Lost Ludo King progress after changing phones?

Installing the game on a new phone is not, by itself, proof that your saved progress is gone.

How to restore progress on Android

The official Ludo King FAQ says Android game data stays in sync with the Facebook/Google/Play Services account you used to sign in. It says logging in with the same ID on another device should bring back progress and purchases.

A practical checklist:

1. Check which Facebook or Google account was used on the old phone. 2. On the new Android phone, sign in to the appropriate account. 3. Open Ludo King and choose the same game sign-in method. 4. Confirm you're not accidentally signed in with a different Google profile or Facebook account. 5. If progress or purchases still don't appear, contact Ludo King from the game's support option and explain which account was linked.

Avoid clearing the old game's data until you know how the original progress was saved. That is a precaution—not a guarantee that an unlinked guest game can be recovered.

What if you're using an iPhone or iPad?

The FAQ says Apple users can continue progress on other Apple devices through the same Apple ID or Facebook ID that was used to save it. Confirm the connected account rather than creating a new game identity.

The published support guidance does not promise that every kind of cross-platform switch (Android to iPhone or vice versa) behaves identically. Ask the official team before assuming purchased items and progress will migrate between operating systems.

Is a warning email saying your account will be blocked real?

Ludo King's FAQ explicitly warns about emails claiming your account will be blocked. It says such messages can be used by hackers and that legitimate blocking warnings appear inside the game on login, not through alarming emails, texts or calls.

Don't click a strange recovery link or send verification codes to someone claiming to be game support. Instead open the app directly and use its support contact.

Can Ludo King coins or diamonds be withdrawn to Paytm or cash?

No, according to the publisher. Gametion and Ludo King's official guidance say that game coins and diamonds are virtual items for entertainment, not money that can be withdrawn into a bank account or Paytm. Gametion also warns about people impersonating the company to advertise fake earning opportunities on websites, WhatsApp, Telegram and social media.

That means claims like “convert Ludo King coins to real cash” should be treated as suspicious. Do not pay an “activation fee” or share banking details on the strength of such a claim.

Getting help without risking your account

Use Ludo King → Settings → Support Email, as described in its FAQ, or the support link shown in the official app-store listing. Include a short description, device type and what account you used; attach screenshots of errors if relevant. Do not send your password, OTP or full payment credentials.

The official FAQ says progress and purchases should sync when logged into the same account; it does not promise that every lost or never-linked account can be restored.
